We are happy to service you! At Savvy Salon we aim to provide the best possible service and experience for each and every client. We have a few policies in place to insure that all of our clients have a wonderful experience. All of our clients are to abide by our Terms And Conditions. We have a zero tolerance policy for any disruptive behavior or illegal activity. We also ask that all of our clients be respectful of our staff and property. We want everyone to feel welcome and safe while they are inside our salons. We hope that you will enjoy your time with us! Thank you for choosing us as your service provider!

Savvy Salon KS understands that schedule changes happen and do occur. We value your business and appreciate your continued support! We are happy to service you! We do ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot. We understand that there are extenuating circumstances that may arise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you further. We look forward to providing you with the best possible service and experience!

Grace Period: You will have a 24-hour grace period to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring any charges.

Same Day Cancellations and No Call-No Shows: Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment or instances of no call-no shows will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. This 50% charge will not be applied to future appointments.

Deposit Policy: Please note that your deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Additionally, your deposit cannot be transferred to another booked appointment after cancellation.

Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment with proper notice, which is more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. If you reschedule the day of the appointment (last minute), we reserve the right to require  a new deposit before booking the new appointment.

No Call-No Show: In the event of a no call-no show on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and your booking fee will be non-refundable.

Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us immediately. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues.

Refund Policy: Please be aware that after 30 days, all services are non-refundable.
